CRAFTYBRAND started in 2022 as a small accessories shop. Co-founder Mark Vermeulen packed every order himself from his shed. When orders exceeded one thousand per month, it became clear: this couldn’t continue.
The problem
Mark was packing until 11:00 PM in the evenings. Customers waited weeks for shipment. Returns piled up in a corner of the shed. There was no room for growth.
The approach
In four weeks we had stocked the inventory, built the Shopify integration, and shipped the first orders through us. Mark could focus on what he really did — brand and marketing.
The result
In three years the company grew from one hundred to ten thousand orders per month. Returns decreased by 30% thanks to better quality control. Mark now leads a team of five marketers.
